Anime cars, bikes and trucks descend on Chiba

Posted by: brb In: Manga & Anime| cars ()

Itasha aficionados in the Kanto Region of Japan gathered on the parking lot of a shopping mall in Nagara Town in Chiba Prefecture just north of Tokyo to show off their anime cars in an exhibition called “Winter 2009 Itasha Collection”. About 150 vehicles painted with anime and manga characters were on display last January 25, including motor bikes and trucks and a reputed 20-million-yen itasha.
