“INFINITY” CITIZEN x WOW: A fascinating short film about Tokyo

Posted by: brb In: Art| Japan ()

This engaging short film about Tokyo was created by W0W, a Japanese creative design studio, to enhance Citizen’s booth at the recent BASELWORLD 2009, the watch and jewelry showcase event in Basel, Switzerland.

The theme of the movie is infinite possibilities for Eco-Drive, Citizen’s new model in its range. We cohesively combined images and meanings of constant change and energy in Tokyo with the infinite possibilities of Eco- Drive. We hoped to express how the enormous energy of Tokyo dynamically circulates.

Tokyo is a hugely fascinating metropolis of steel, concrete, glass and lights. Full of energy and drive, it can sometimes feel overwhelming especially if you’re feeling down. Nothing that a short trip to the quiet countryside or a hike up a mountain cannot cure though.

Music by Masato Hatanaka.
