A while ago Bouncing Red Ball featured twenty of the narrowest houses and buildings in Japan which drew a lot of responses from people who are probably used to living in mansions with wide open views.

The reason why foreigners (and some Japanese) don’t like natto is probably because they don’t stir it well. 30 to 50 times is the optimal range to get a nice and even gooey blob.

The look on the schoolboy’s face is priceless.
Don’t you just love cleaning time after class when you were in grade school? Brings back good memories of classroom camaraderie, of endless chatter, and above all, of cute female classmates.
This little guy will no doubt have fond memories for years to come.
